I am an accredited Firework Career coach, which is a brilliant system that is specifically designed to take you from confusion to clarity about your career direction.

Structured in three phases - Explore, Dream, Discover - this tried and tested programme provides a proven framework to help you work out what you want from your work - and your life, generate new career possibilities, and create a clear action plan to get you there.

A wonderful mixture of the creative and practical, clients can either decide to work through the whole programme from end to end, or I tailor bespoke programmes, depending on where they are, and what success looks like. Typically I work with clients on a six or twelve month basis, with sessions taking place once a month, but this cadence can be amended depending on your requirements.
